ABOUT OUR AVOCADO OIL:
Bella Vado is proud to be the ORIGINAL USA avocado oil producer of cold-pressed, unrefined, unfiltered, certified NON-GMO, vegan, gluten-free, extra virgin avocado oil (say that 10 times fast).
Each pouch is hand filled and sealed by the Bella Vado family. We take great care in the pressing of our avocado oil using old-world artisan techniques combined with new world technology.
HOW TO USE IT:
Avocado oil is one of the most versatile oils on the planet, it makes an especially delicious and healthy culinary oil. It can be used for salads, grilling, drizzling, finishing, bread dips and stir-frying. Avocado oil can withstand the high heat of at least 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
WHY IT'S HEALTHY:
Avocado oil is high in mono-unsaturated fats, Vitamin A, B1, B2, D, E and K. It also is a great source of Omega-3 Fatty Acids, Lutein, and Oleic Acid.
